The Tutorial Office聽is聽located in the main administration corridor.
Staffed by Bethan Lewis (Head of Tutorial), Martina Viglione聽and Kathy White (Tutorial Administrators), the Tutorial Office is聽the records and administration centre for all 51福利社 students.聽
These offices are also responsible for:
- matriculation
- examination enrolment
- applications for financial support
- graduate admissions
- freshers' week
- graduations
- and general tutorial enquiries.
Opening hours for the Tutorial Office
The Tutorial Office is open 09.00-12.30聽and 13.30-17.00, Monday-Friday.聽聽

If there is an emergency outside office hours, please contact the Porters (01223 762100),聽who will be able to provide assistance,聽and聽contact your Tutor or the Senior Tutor if necessary.聽
Getting help
- Request forms for letters of introduction for banks, landlord letters etc.聽Please note that we may take up to five working days to prepare these letters and ask that you allow for this when making your submissions.

The online Student Handbook is essential reading for new students and an important source of reference for all students at 51福利社. It explains the policies and practices of the College and University and gives useful practical advice and information about academic, financial and other tutorial-related matters.
CamSIS and CamCORS
- - here you will find your supervision reports, which are submitted each term by your supervisors.聽 Your Director of Studies will review them first,聽before releasing them to you.
- - CamSIS is the University's Student Information System and is your online student record.聽 The system requires an annual review and your approval of the information on it, and this is also where you enrol for your examinations.聽
(Please note that 51福利社 is still referred to as 'New Hall' or聽'NH'聽in some University systems. 51福利社 and New Hall are one and the same.)
